CRUISING PLUS “CLIENT REFERRAL PROGRAM”
Once you have completed your first booking with us you are automatically set up with a Cruising Plus “Client Referral Program” account.
The best compliment we can receive from our existing clients is their repeat business and any referral business that may come from their friends and/or family.
From the 10th July 2010 a “Client Referral Program” has been set up to reward our existing clients by giving a $25 credit* on their “Client Referral Program” account when we receive a new paid booking from their referral.
The new referred booking will also receive a $25 credit on their booking for using you as their referral.
Your referral credits in your account can be used on your next booking with Cruising Plus.
There is no limit to the amount of referral credits you can accrue in your account but there are some Terms and Conditions listed below which apply.
The process is very simple ….. if you know someone who would benefit from our services then pass our contact details onto them and make sure to tell them to mention your name as their referral at the time of making their booking.
Terms & Conditions:
The program is effective from the 10th July 2010 and applies to new bookings only.
Referrals must be for clients who have not previously made bookings made through Cruising Plus at any time and must be mentioned at time of making their booking.
Each new referral booking must be a minimum 7 night cruise and/or $2,500 travel booking.
You earn the $25 credit* once your referral has booked and travelled through Cruising Plus and must be used within 24 months of the time it is applied to your account.
Any referral credits accrued in your Referral Program account are not transferrable or redeemable for cash and must be used on a future reservation for you and/or your spouse, in the same name/s as previously booked through Cruising Plus.
This program may be modified or cancelled at anytime. If modified or cancelled, any credits you are already eligible for will still apply and be available for the standard 24 month time period.
When a group is booked, the $25 credit only applies for rooms with all new clients. For example, if your friend books a group and you cruise with the group, the $25 credit for a referral does not apply to your room.
